Ed McCabe: Flood Your Body With Oxygen [1of4]
McCabe: Everybody gets sick eventually. Here's why. In the process of creating all these conveniences and marketplace choices, we have made a lot of bad choices and let our daily air and water become polluted, and this pollution has increasingly been collecting inside us. Also, our mass-produced processed foods are grown on mega-farm soils that are de-mineralized and also lacking natural oxygen. These two major conditions are chronically hampering our ability to get and absorb enough fresh oxygen inside us at the cellular level. This chronic low oxygen condition that we all have causes our cellular oxygen levels to drop so our blood becomes more and more polluted.
Dirty blood sets the stage for all the diseases. Because we all have this condition, our health officials tell us it is 'normal' to have dark brown-purplish blood. Is it 'normal' that so many are sick? The increasing rates of viral infections and cancers are not by coincidence. The proof of this can easily be seen by looking at your own blood with specialized darkfield microscopes. You will be amazed what you find there. Our too-low cell oxygen levels encourage toxic buildups and the growth of anaerobic (can't live in active oxygen) microbes such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other pathogens inside us and inside our animals and pets, and in our plants.
Anaerobes and toxicity slowly building up and overtaking us until we break down are the ultimate cause of most human, animal, and plant health problems as well as being the precursors to the whole list of 'incurable' diseases.
Flood Your Body With Oxygen lists piles of historical and modern studies proving active oxygen's effectiveness, showing its 50-year prolific use internationally, and revealing the top quality documentation proving its safety. Lists of doctors, Naturopaths, clinics, products, and contacts are included. Flood Your Body With Oxygen is written in a lively conversational style for everyone with a body.

What Is Cancer? A Shocking Truth...
I think this video is useful as it explains simply what cancer is and how to prevent cancer cells from multiplying by improving the body environment (breathing deeply to increase oxygen, avoiding acidic food and eating more alkaline food, and keep mind free from stress through meditating, watching funny movies, avoid news about horrible things going on in the world, reading inspirational books, etc).
According to the video:
Cancer is natural. It is the natural evolution of cells of the body. When cells change, it is part of adaptation. As we adapt successfully in response to changing environments, evolution happens! Cells mutate to adapt to changing environments.
Cancer cells are groups of cells mutating in an unnatural environment. Unless the environment is changed, more cells will mutate, sooner or later. It's just how they survive in a toxic environment. So even if patients go through chemotherapy to destroy the cancer cells, and if they remain in a toxic environment, cells will mutate again. Cancer is really the evolution of a group of cells who try to survive in a very toxic environment - they have to mutate or else they will die.
Three simple solutions to change or improve the environment (to make it more conducive for the cells and prevent them from mutating further)One interesting thing shared in the video is that it recommends coconut water, among other alkaline food/drinks. I found that science is also starting to recognise more and more the health benefits of coconut water.
- breathe deeply (because cancer cells thrive in low oxygen environment) for example, every morning, take 5 minutes walk and breathe deeply from the abdomen - breathe in 4 counts and breathe out 4 counts)
- stop eating acidic stuff (mutated cells thrive in acidic environment and die in alkaline environment) - avoid sugar, pop, soda, coffee, milk, etc. Eat more raw green leafy vegetables, fruits, alkaline water, coconut water,
- keep your mind as stress-free as possible, eg practise meditation, watch comedies or funny movies, avoid news and the horrible things going on in our lives/world, reading inspirational books, etc.

Coconut water contains organic compounds possessing healthy growth promoting properties that have been known to help
- Keep the body cool and at the proper temperature.
- Orally re-hydrate your body, it is an all natural isotonic beverage.
- Carry nutrients and oxygen to cells.
- Naturally replenish your body's fluids after exercising.
- Raise your metabolism.
- Promote weight loss.
- Boost your immune system.
- Detoxify and fight viruses.
- Cleanse your digestive tract.
- Control diabetes.
- Aid your body in fighting viruses that cause the flu, herpes, and AIDS.

Non-meat sources of proteins
I learnt that besides soy, other non-meat sources of proteins include
nuts and milk (not sure if you are allergic to nuts or lactose tolerant
though - perhaps goat milk can be a good substitute).
This website says the following vegetables contain high protein "Beans of all kinds, lentils, asparagus, broccoli, seaweeds; variety is important and quantity." http://wiki.answers.com/Q/ What_vegetables_contain_high_ protein
Eggs and yogurts can be good sources of protein too. http://www.weightlossforall. com/protein_content_from_good_ source.htm

"Spinach is an inexpensive vegetable that contains protein and carbohydrates. According to The Daily Plate, 4 cups of spinach contain 3 g of carbohydrates and 2 g of protein. Because spinach contains 20 calories per serving, it may be an effective source of protein and carbohydrates for dieting. Spinach contains 2 g of fiber per serving, which promotes feelings of fullness. In addition, spinach contains vitamins A and C, folic acid and magnesium, among other nutrients."

Natural remedies for liver hemangioma
Based on what I have learnt so far from various health articles, what can be done for liver hemangioma is to keep the liver functioning at its optimal condition so that it remains benign and hopefully disappear by itself over time, as mentioned in some cases.
As suggested by the Liver Doctor and Natural News websites, the important thing is to have a strong functioning immune system, which comes from having a strong functioning liver by taking excess workload off the liver through:
(1) customised liver diet
(2) good night sleep.
(1) Customised liver diet
In summary, the liver diet would include beets, raw vegetable juices, tofu (natural bean curd), miso soup, bokchoy (chinese cabbage), fresh fruit, vegetable salad, and drinking two litres of water (about 8 glasses) daily.
The diet will also exclude margarines, deep fried and fatty foods, limiting chicken and turkey (which may contain artificial growth hormones, antibiotics and steriods), overly processed food and processed sugar and artificial sweeteners.
(2) Good night sleep
As for good night sleep, the Natural News website recommends sleeping from 11pm to 7am (about 8 hours), as follows:
"Overnight from 11 pm until 3 am the energy is strongest in the gall bladder and liver. These organs cleanse the blood and control sleep."

"As you know, hepatic hemangiomas usually cause no symptoms and are
usually undiagnosed. In more severe cases, when digestive symptoms, or
rib or abdominal pain do occur, these symptoms may respond to
treatment with Chinese herbs. I'm sure you realize that Chinese

Benign tumors are signs of dampness and stagnation. More appropriate
are herbs such as Zhi Ke (Aurantium), Xiang Fu (Cyprus), and Chai Hu
(Bupleurum)."

Overcoming anxiety attacks naturally
I have taken Xanax before a
few times around 2005-2009 when I was experiencing stress symptoms such
as heart palpitations. It only gave temporary relief, and it caused me
to experience mild withdrawal symptoms after that.
I learnt that natural remedies to anxiety, stomach tightness and insomnia, such as chamomile tea, may help. You can read more about its health benefits in this Natural News article. http://www.naturalnews.com/034454_chamom…
Drinking more water may help too, since water is a great "anxiety quencher", according to a holistic health website. http://www.freedrinkingwater.com/water-e…
Try taking naps in the afternoon if you do not have enough sleep at night. I usually take naps in the afternoon to catch up on sleep if I have not slept well the night before. Napping is a good way to catch up on rest and promote overall health and wellbeing.
Last but not least, you could get a thyroid test done because anxiety attacks could well be due to an overactive or underactive thyroid gland. I learnt that someone who has hyperthyroidism can manage the disorder by monitoring his diet (like avoiding gluten, processed soy, eggs, sugar; and eating anti-inflammatory foods and cruciferous vegetables), taking Vitamin D supplements (or getting natural Vitamin D from sunshine) and avoiding environmental toxins.

Calming Effects of Nature
"The researchers then conducted a similar experiment with another set of people. Rather than taking walks between the rounds of testing, these subjects simply looked at photographs of either calm rural scenes or busy urban ones. The results were the same. The people who looked at pictures of nature scenes were able to exert substantially stronger control over their attention, while those who looked at city scenes showed no improvement in their attentiveness. “In sum,” concluded the researchers, “simple and brief interactions with nature can produce marked increases in cognitive control.” Spending time in the natural world seems to be of “vital importance” to “effective cognitive functioning.”Rural > City > Cyberspace
It is interesting to note that besides going to Nature areas, having pictures of nature scenes in our environment can help us calm our minds and have stronger control over our attention. Recently, I decided to paste a photo of Nature scenery in my bedroom wall, and I would look at the picture of green vegetation and I find that it helps to soothe my eyes and calm my mind.

Reclaiming the power, beauty and divinity of women
According to this website:
It reminds me of a similar post I came across in a blog recently about the power, beauty and divinity of women.
"Women's spirituality is one of the richest and most dynamic forces in modern Paganism. Women are respected in all Pagan traditions and have enriched Paganism with a powerful vision of the Goddess - the long-ignored feminine aspect of the Divine. In Paganism, women are Priestesses in their own right, strong and proud, with their own vision."I think paganism can play an important role in our world today as the world is badly in need of healing in terms of environmental crisis and unfair treatment of women in many places. As the website says, "Women's traditions have an especially powerful vision of the Earth as the Goddess and are deeply involved with caring for the Earth and protecting her from the rape of modern civilization. They are concerned with the healing of the Earth and with the healing of the image of women." It is about time for women to reclaim their true identity as goddesses and let their spiritual light shine in imparting wisdom and healing, even as humanity is awakening to our oneness and interconnectedness with one another.
It reminds me of a similar post I came across in a blog recently about the power, beauty and divinity of women.
"We all come from the same mother (the Great Mother). She is the wise woman. We all return to her embrace, her bloody-rich womb place, when we die. Every woman is a whole/holy form of her, able to be whole/holy mother of all life, able to be whole/holy destroyer of life. Her power is her blood that flows and flows, her blood which is life and gives life. Every woman’s menstrual blood and birth-time blood is a holy mystery.
....
The purpose of this post is to shed light on our power, our beauty, and our divinity. We are not vessels of sin. We are not unclean. We are not lesser. We are not cursed. We are not weak. We are the direct opposite of all of these things. Embrace YOU. Love YOU. Appreciate the divinity and uniqueness of divine womanhood."
