I noted that the first video recommends saltpeter or baking soda, turmeric powder, lemon juice and mineral water (I learnt from some articles and commenters that discourage sugar, hence I didn't mention sugar here). I also noted that this medicine is an ancient Indian remedy, and it is recommended for one to take the medicine for two days and then make the medicine again to take for 10 days.
I learnt from the second video that other than drinking enough water daily, it may help to drink water with lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar. I googled and found this article that shares a similar view on the effectiveness of apple cider vinegar, as well as baking soda, in working in tandem to prevent and/or remove any kidney stones.
"Baking soda with apple cider vinegar is a best natural remedy for removing and dissolving kidney stones, Baking soda is also a very potent cure for kidney stones as it alkalizes the body quickly and removes acid.Apple cider vinegar enhances the digestive process and the production of HCL due to its alkalinizing effect while in the body. Apple cider vinegar could be used to cure small kidney stones, and is also effective in preventing new kidney stones from forming."
Another article says:
"Preventing
kidney stones is sometimes as simple as drinking your ACV tonic each
day. A simple tonic can be prepared by mixing a couple of tablespoons of
ACV in a cup of water. You can add honey to make it taste better.
If
you're interested in using apple cider vinegar kidney stones remedy,it
is important that you don't use it without diluting it. Usually, the
recommended rate of ACV and water is 1:10. "

Interestingly, this article recommends black tea and green tea as well, other than apple cider vinegar. It says "Studies show that black and green tea reduce the chances of developing kidney stones."
